WHO I AM

I am a Nutritionist with an MSc in Nutrition and am the Hyrox Nutrition Ambassador. I’ve held seminars for hundreds of individuals, helping them understand how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance in their chosen sport.

I’ve worked in the fitness and health industry since 2008, but my journey as a Nutritionist began when I realized the knowledge I once believed about nutrition was flawed. As a competitive athlete, I was under-fueled and over-trained and had no idea how to correct this. This experience drives my mission to ensure others don’t face the same challenges and can unlock their peak performance through effective nutrition. Whether you are about to take on your first event or are a competitive athlete, I can help you reach your full potential by fuelling your body during training, in the lead up and on competition day.

I often come across contradictory information encouraging unsustainable diets to provide health benefits, which
quite often are not completely true. With this in mind, it has been my sole aim to work with individuals to help them understand what foods are best for them to live a fun, restriction-free lifestyle and enables them to reach their goals.
